Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
1,- Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
2,- Damage deposit of 150 euros is to be paid in cash on arrival.
3,- Minors can not book the property or are not allowed to be on there own without an adult.
Rules
Pets: No pets are allowed, except in our designated pet-friendly properties. Please inquire if you'd like to bring your furry friend.
Respectful Enjoyment: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Smoking Indoors: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the (roof) terrace or balcony, but please refrain from smoking out of the windows.
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is the number stated in your booking confirmation, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Departure: Please ensure all trash is disposed of, perishable items are removed, and dishes are washed before your departure. A cleaning fee of €50 will be applied if this is not completed.
