We have stayed at Marfolin many times now and No.19 is definitely the best apartment that we have stayed in. The apartment is well finished and was immaculate on arrival. Your cleaners do a superb job. As we stayed four weeks it would have been nice to have had the terrace windows cleaned at least once. It was great to have the roof terrace with the shaded area, however in the windier moments the roof made a lot of noise. Flapping about due to its torn parts. A little maintenance would solve the problem. We would like to thank everyone at Arcotrust for their help. We will definitely be back to No.19 or maybe No.21, that looks good too.

Reviewed by Christine on 10/31/2015: This apartment is in a great position on the beach, with shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The ceiling fans were wonderful, a great asset. Any queries were dealt with quickly by Tanya, who is helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I noticed was there were no blinds or curtains to shut out the light in the bedrooms. This didn't bother me as I wake early anyway, but it may make a lie in difficult. I would recommend this apartment for a great holiday.

A really relaxing location away from the crowds but with nearby access to good restaurants. The pool was large and nearly always empty. The children loved it! Couldn't access wifi or satellite TV but we didn't mind as it was good to get away from it all.

The boiler broke and the arcotrust team sorted it out in no time. The internet access is almost nill ....but we managed listening to music and watching dvd films (plenty of them on offer) . This was our second stay in Marfolin apartments and we are booking anothe week soon. Overall ..extremelly happy with the flat and the professional service offered by the Arcotrust team. Marcelo

This has to be one of the best places to stay on the island. The apartment and assistance from ARCOTRUST was of a high standard. The only coment I would make is that I think the 20euro fee for collection of keys at the weekend is unnecessary when you have paid a reasonable amount to stay. Response: Thank you for the nice review. Just an explanation for the arrival fee: The Marfolin Building and other complexes don´t have a reception. Therefore anytime when guests arrive during out-of-office hours, one of us has to come over - on weekends, on bank holidays, late at night. And for all our guests that come for the first time, it´s far more than the collection of keys - we take the time of explaining everything around the apartment, the area and highlights to be visited. It is a stand-by duty that we offer.

Just outside the cosy village, but close enough to walk towards the restaurants. Appartment build on the beach, so a great view from the roof terrace.
